BASIC Clan Rules - A MUST READ for all members

Dear Members,
Welcome to Clash Recall and thank you for joining us.
As part of your onboarding process, I would like to share with you some basic house rules. If you are a regular clasher, you will find that these are common basic rules. At CR, we try to articulate this clearer. It is important that you understand these basic rules. Repeat offender may get kicked! If you need help, please ask any of the Co Leaders.
We need your co-operation to set the right culture together so that all of us in this clan is able to enjoy the benefits of a great clan and a great culture. A clan of choice and a clan we are all proud to be part of.
Guidelines on Promotion to become an Elder or Co-Leader
Please do not beg to be promoted to Elder or Co Leader. Yes we love promoting members quickly, however you need to earn it. Things that comes cheaply are often not appreciated. Promotions can be earned through one of the following or a combination of the following:
a) Donations (donating the correct troop). 1000 to maintain as member, 1500 for Elder. 3500 for Co Leader in a long season.
b) Visibly active (visible at least once a day via chat/sharing of replays/donations).
c) Loyalty (have been with the clan for a resonable time, with minimal leaving/rejoining).
d) Consistently contributing in Clan Wars (getting 4 stars or more).
e) Display Team Work versus being calculative with peers and being positive.
f) General attitude and conduct.
g) Elders and COs are required to join Whatsapp Group Chat
** Co Leaders have the discretion to promote / demote members even for reasons not stated above **
Guidelines on Troop Donation
1. If you are new. Please donate first before you start requesting for troops. This is not a Req & Leave clan!
2. Please donate the correct troop as requested. Please do not simply donate troop for the sake of ramping up your donations. This is serious especially during wars as you will caused your clan mate to discard the wrong troops you gave and waste another 15mins to request again.
3. If you do not have the troop requested by your mates, you may politely ask if the player is okay to accept a different troop.
4. Always obtain consent from the player before sending a different troop.
5. For players who ask for "anything", it is okay to send them any troop at your disposal.
Reminder: DURING CLAN WARS, WAR PLAYERS WILL ASK FOR SPECIFIC TROOPS, SO PLEASE DO NOT SCREW UP THEIR TIME BY SENDING WRONG TROOP, ANY WRONG TROOP SENT WILL CAUSE THEM TO DISCARD THE WRONG TROOP AND WAIT FOR ANOTHER 15 MINS TO REQUEST AGAIN. THIS IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT AS YOU MAY GET KICKED IMMEDIATELY.
6. For Requestors, please be very specific on what troop and level you need in your request especially during clan wars. E.g. DRAGON LVL4 - FOR WAR" will be clear enough.
7. Please donate at least 75% of what you received.
8. Those with Zero donations and high receipts are considered leechers.
9. Those with Zero donations and zero receipts after are considered inactive
Guidelines on Communication/Languages
1. Default language is English
2. Be polite and respect the sensitivity of others
3. Respect the Elders, Co Leaders and Leader
4. Please join the Whatsapp Group Chat for regulars, elders and Co Leaders. It is a very effective tool to alert, remind one another.
Guidelines on Player selection for Clan Wars
Look, we love to have a 50 vs 50 war. We love adding new players into war and we hate leaving out anyone. However:...
1. New members are not selected by default for clan wars. We have been very nice in the past but often ended up being played out/betrayed many times when new members hop to another clan during clan war preparation day or did not use both attacks during war days.
2. As a new member you need to earn some credibility and display that you are active and committed in order to get selected. This clan goes for war daily. Hence we need you to be active and your participation is appreciated
3. Show that you are active by frequent chat, donations, sharing replays, giving your feedback and suggestions in CoC or at this website
4. Non Active Players will not get selected.
5. Players who has poor team work and is not aligned to stretegy will not get selected in the next war until you understand the importance of team work.
5. When you see a request for troop, please try to fill it up immediately or at least inform that person that you will be 'cooking' the troop for them.
6. Everyone loves being filled with the right troop immediately, however this requires a joint effort from everyone. Let us keep a fast moving and generous culture.
